Janitzio - Caldwell

This restaurant is one of the top spots in the Treasury Valley, offering a family-friendly environment, authentic recipes made fresh, and unique dishes inspired by the cultural background of Janitzio. What really impressed me was the coke machine featuring Mexican drinks, as well as the selection of hot sauces and other items that only a family-owned business would have. It was clear that this place prides itself on its family tradition, with members working together to prepare food and take orders from as young as 14 years old.

I love the food at this restaurant and it has a very family-friendly atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming.

I was delighted by the excellent service at this restaurant when my husband and I went for dinner tonight. The establishment may appear unassuming from the outside, but inside it is cozy and welcoming, with a Spanish-themed décor. We ordered the #2 Taco Enchilada #3, which included two tacos and an enchilada. The tacos, made with grilled chicken, were truly delicious street-style tacos with homemade corn tortillas. Our drinks were always promptly refilled, and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be returning for more delicious meals!

Love the family! The food is delicious, has regional taste of favorites such as Chicken Tamale (denders, tasteful), Chile Relleno and Chile Verde. Homemade tortillas, big salsa and welcoming family. Add this to your favorite list. We're coming back!
