What Kendall B dislikes about Janitzio:
The service was commendable, but the food was rather mediocre. I like my carnitas to be both juicy and crispy, but unfortunately, they turned out to be dry. The staff clearly put in a lot of effort, but I doubt we'll return. Maybe I'll consider trying something different if I decide to come back. View all feedback.

This restaurant is one of the top spots in the Treasury Valley, offering a family-friendly environment, authentic recipes made fresh, and unique dishes inspired by the cultural background of Janitzio. What really impressed me was the coke machine featuring Mexican drinks, as well as the selection of hot sauces and other items that only a family-owned business would have. It was clear that this place prides itself on its family tradition, with members working together to prepare food and take orders from as young as 14 years old.
