We ordered food, turned up to collect it and the place was all shut up, 5 minutes before the advertised closing time. We had no correspondence about an early closure. We submitted a complaint but a refund was not offered due to the policy (we weren 't told what this policy was) so we were £30 out of pocket and foodless. The portion size was generous, the fries and toppings were tasty, but the cakes could use more filling.
Had a fantastic fish and chips from here the personal was really friendly and excellent service with sitting area clean and tidy will definitiw back
Quality food.. the jumbo fish and chips enough for 2 to 3 people
Credit where credit is due, had my doubts but fair play.. A good portion and all cooked well. Nice fish good chips and not greasy at all. Will be using them next time for sure
So its my 2nd order this week thats wrong today l ordered pie chips and gravey got pie and chips no gravey how hard can it be doesent matter to me wont order again
