I had problems with my vehicle on the m62 and my red oil light came on. I stopped at the petrol station for help with which oil to buy and also how to put it in my vehicle. I was quite stressed as my mobile phone had no charge (i had been on a flight which was delayed and also was stuck in 3 hours of a traffic jam). I had left my charger ina Greek hotel. The male assistant could not help with any advice and called a lady (Sue Senior) to help. Sue went on to her phone to look up what oil would be suitable for my vehicle. Then over and above Sue went on her phone as we could not find the dipstick. There isnt one for my car so she looked up how to check the levels and put the oil in my car. What an absolute star who helped me get sorted. Sue is a credit to that station and i think you should have her in a role training others on the basics to help people in an unforeseen situation requiring help, Amazing lady! Sue didnt know the answers but you bet she found them If your on the M62 Sue will definitely help you get sorted

I stopped here on my way home from the airport and was disappointed to find that only the store was open. There was nothing edible available, the coffee from the machine tasted awful, and everything was overpriced. I would definitely recommend skipping this place.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the atmosphere is perfect for unwinding. It is a good value for the price and I have frequented this place numerous times. The restrooms are well-maintained.

Looking for a quick coffee on your journey? Look elsewhere! The three staff operating in this drive thru outlet just ignored the queue of people waiting to place an order. Goodness knows how long it would have taken them to prepare and serve the order after they bothered to actually take it! After waiting for someone anyone! to be served we left without ordering after waiting 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Rubbish and ignorant service, Starbucks need to get their staff sorted.
