In my original review I complained that the staff don't get any tips that you put on your card. I've since spoken to Cafe Thai and they have said that although they don't encourage tipping as part of your card payment, (as it is difficult to share out at the end of the evening) if it does happen they reimburse the staff tips pot in cash and the pot is then shared amongst all the staff.
