One of the best Greek restaurants that we have eaten throughout Australia. good prices and homemade comfort food that is taken to such a high standard. you can have a set menu, tapas or full menu. the grilled otopus was the best we had everywhere.

Brilliant place, I recommend ordering the Greek Feast if dining as a couple or group. 4 courses, all generously portioned and very tasty, so tasty I forgot to photograph most of them as I just wanted to get stuck into it! Service was prompt and the price very reasonable.

Yaya's is one of the best Greek restaurants I've had in Australia outside of Greece and outside my of Greek friend's homes. It was so good I went back twice during my stay in Cairns. Just everything about Yaya's is first class customer service, food and atmosphere. It all starts from the passion from the owner Kosta, you can really feel his hospitality and genuine nature. You're well looked after and the food is authentic! Definitely recommend the mixed platter, souvlaki, spanakopita, seafood tigani, moussaka, lamb cigars and galaktoboureko. Everything is good!

Came here on a bustling Friday night and had an amazing authentic Greek dinner. This second floor restaurant was set out with a classic Greek feel and was staffed with friendly people right on their game. I started with taramasolata dip with bread which was typically tasty, next was the chargrilled octopus, so good and fresh. The main was slow Cooked lamb w potatoes and carrots in lemon and herbs, a beautiful dish, meat perfect and falling off the bone. Plus two Greek Fix beers and I walked out totally satisfied. Would come back for sure. So good.

The best Greek food that I have eaten in years. The food was cooked to perfection and the flavours were delicious. The wait staff were friendly and very efficient. I'll be back in Cairns in a few months and looking forward to dinner here again.
