Wake up and shine at Guyala's! Our amazing coffee is roasted in-house by our sister business, Tattooed Sailor Coffee Roasters. With a World Barista Championship judge at the helm, coffee is our focus. That means you can expect to enjoy a delicious cup, with dedicated blends and Unique Origins, and a variety of different preparation methods. Inspired by indigenous ingredients, Oliver James thoughtful food is driven, as always, by a balance of delicious flavors, beautiful colors, fun textures, and international culinary influences. Sunday brunch, lazy breakfast, catching up with friends: sorted! Menu items include mango, macadamia, and finger lime on avocado toast, lemon myrtle hollandaise on Eggs Benedict, and kangaroo pastrami with pepper for the classic Rooben sandwich.

Nestled near the water, this vibrant restaurant has quickly become a favorite for both vegans and non-vegans alike, thanks to its diverse and appealing menu. I had a great experience at this restaurant with an amazing vegan menu offering a wide variety of options. The dirty chai was fantastic and my favorite was the truffle tofu toastie. All of the food was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly, and there were beautiful waterfront views where you could take a stroll after your meal.
Even though this restaurant is not completely vegan, it still deserves a high rating for how it can brighten your day.

Guyala was over the road from where I was staying whilst working in Cairns. I'm glad I checked the place out I had eggs Benedict with kangaroo and it was amazing. Very tidy. Five stars. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
