A lot of local restaur... read more This is one of the best dumpling restaurants I've ever been to. I'm half Asian and adore good dumplings and sharp, punchy Asian flavours. A lot of local restaurants unfortunately seem to sweeten up or water down their Asian food, but not Dumpling Studio. We had sweet'n'sour crispy skin chicken which was wonderfully tangy without being overly sweet, cold poached chicken with cucumbers in broth with a very aromatic and flavoursome ginger and shallot sauce THEN an amazingly good chilli lemongrass ice cream. Service was prompt and helpful, the restaurant was modern and clean and the food reasonably priced. I cannot wait to go back over the coming weeks, and start the enjoyable job of trying everything on the menu. Really, really impressed. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
