Had a quick evening meal here with my husband. Busy place but they serve your food quickly. The best kimchi I've had for years. Something for everyone, vegetarian, seafood, beef and affordable. we walked away with a full belly for $45. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Corea Corea:
I ordered the BibimBop. The ingredients used were cheap and not authentic. They used ground Beef instead of sliced beef, and cooked mushy vegetables, instead of fresh raw vegetables. The Kimchi that was included was good but they were stingy and only gave a little. The miso soup that came with the dinner was good. In fact it was better than the bibimbop. 케언즈 5일 있다가는데 3번 방문한곳. 전반적으로 음식이 맛있음. Im korean. I highly recommend this place. Bibimbob and beef soup are good for me. Try anyfood, and you will satisfy.
I arrived at Corea Corea on my lunch break and immediately was greeted at the counter with a friendly face. I'm not very adventurous when it comes to Asian food so ordered the Barbequed Beef ($12.95). It was brought out very quickly and had a great presentation with sauce still bubbling hot in the skillet. The dish was very tasty, kind of sweet and a little salty. I was happy with the quality of the beef. It wasn't overly chewy as I find some Asian beef dishes can be. The only downside to the experience was the food court atmosphere and it was really hot from the skylights. Other than that, great service and food at a decent price. I'll be back!
We lunched here on Wednesday 26th July 2017. Our meal comprised spicy chicken soup and bimbim bab. We found a cosy corner away from the crowds. The service was very prompt and the staff very polite and friendly. Both the dishes were served sizzling hot on heated cast-iron bases. We also bought two tubs of kimchi to go with our meals. The spicy chicken soup was delicious and could not have been better. The addition of kimchi only enhanced the flavour. Likewise, the bimbim bab was very flavoursome – with blanched vegetables, an egg and ground beef on a bed of rice. The addition of kimchi only enhanced our dining experience. Overall, this place, located in the food court of Orchid Plaza, was an excellent find. Never mind the location, the food is absolutely delicious and good value-for-money.
We were craving Korean food and this place hit the spot. Good stuff, casual setting, and good service. Really enjoyed it.
