The difference comes out for lunch, and a sensory path of flavors, combinations. I don't want to describe the dishes because they're all to discover. A pleasure for the palate. I'll be back.
I finally dined in the bistro ‘Fork’ part of the star restaurant Dal Corsaro. They have a la carte menu and a tasting menu (70€ seems to me). I chose 3 courses from the menu à la carte, culurgiones, capocollo di pig e sbrisolona. Also abundant and delicious dishes, quality ingredients and fresh. Very nice contrast between the two rooms (bistrot and restaurant). I will definitely return to try the tasting at the restaurant Dal Corsaro. The staff was very kind, especially the chef's mother was very friendly and helpful.
On Sunday we stayed at lunch at the Fork restaurant and how the other times we were very well. We tried the new menu that didn't disappoint our expectations. Excellent appetizers, among all the tomato package filled with spigola raw struck me for its freshness and balance of flavors; excellent also the roasted octopus and there tartare of manzetta. Among the first we opted for homemade spaghetti with anchovies and lemon, creamy and delicate taste. Excellent also the seconds and sweet delicacies with which we ended the meal. Always very kind the owner who made us feel at home.
The expectations for the Michelin-Lokal were high. I at noon eat risotto with seafood. For me, the risotto was salted and tasteless. The operation is very reserved. I didn't see any Italian guests at noon. The Dessert is a beautiful composition
