The staff is very helpful and friendly, but unfortunately, a lot of orders get lost here and there. We ordered the same dish three times, but it never arrived, despite repeated reminders. The same goes for a glass of wine; after half an hour, it still hadn't arrived, and we had to ask for it, only to wait another 10 minutes before giving up and leaving.
