@duanimarestorante is the finest restaurant in Cagliari, is not all of Sardegna. The flavor profiles, presentation and thoughtful process in terms of Sardinian wine pairing are unparalleled by any other tasting menu I have experienced worldwide. Chef Luca and his team of two sous and sommelier, recognize the importance of locally sourced food and wine and their efforts are deserving of a Michelin visit.
Imaginative menus prepared to the highest standards reflecting Sardinian cuisine at its absolute best, superb in everything professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, delicious and imaginative dishes, excellent wines and a lovely atmosphere. The chef is in every way first rate and obviously totally committed to his craft. It was an honour to eat in this restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed the chef's so well considered and lovingly prepared taster menu molte molte grazie!
