However, the food is subst... read more This building is impressive and in a great location, with accessibility for those with limited mobility. The facilities are adequate. However, the food is substandard and poorly prepared. The lack of professionalism and indifference from staff members is disappointing. We left most of our meals uneaten and nobody asked for feedback. It would have been nice to see some level of concern from the staff. Another customer was also upset after receiving rude treatment when expressing dissatisfaction with their meal. I would recommend this place for coffee and conversation, but not for food until the staff improves their customer service skills.

Got 2 kids who go to the other parent at 2pm every weekend so ordered at 10.55am and arrived at 2.45pm so half the food went in the bin. Was told they start deliveries at oakdale and work across other areas, ours being the last. Shouldn’t this be explained on just eat, because if this is the case I’ll always have my food later than everyone else?
