Got 2 kids who go to the other parent at 2pm every weekend so ordered at 10.55am and arrived at 2... read more Food was really good, but a 4hr delivery wait is unacceptable. Got 2 kids who go to the other parent at 2pm every weekend so ordered at 10.55am and arrived at 2.45pm so half the food went in the bin. Was told they start deliveries at oakdale and work across other areas, ours being the last. Shouldn’t this be explained on just eat, because if this is the case I’ll always have my food later than everyone else?

Then whe... read more Ordered the food at 10:30am and received it at 2:30pm. Trying to contact them to find out where the food was, was a job in itself as they don't answer. Then when they finally did answer was told foods out for delivery and not much they could do about it as they only have 1 driver. That he just left and had loads to deliver. That was at 2pm. So after paying £40 and waiting hour's it finally got to us stone cold.

Please explain what is extra to make it large portion compared to normal size. 3 thin slices beef 3 small potatoes 2 medium roast 1 Yorkshire pud. Please see pic below
