Volare Italian Restaurant nasce dalla passione per il cibo di due calabresi, Ernesto Rappoccio e Fortunato Favasuli. Arrivati in Galles il 29 gennaio 2008 per imparare l’inglese, si sono subito innamorati di questo paese. Con la creazione del ristorante, hanno voluto portare un pezzo della loro città natale, Reggio Calabria, insieme alle sue tradizioni e alla sua cucina, direttamente in Galles. Il ristorante offre un’accoglienza calorosa e autentica, perfetta anche per eventi privati come matrimoni, anniversari, compleanni o occasioni di lavoro, fino a un massimo di 12 persone. Per prenotazioni, è possibile richiedere un tavolo online o chiamare direttamente, ricordando che ogni prenotazione può durare fino a 2 ore e 15 minuti, e che per gruppi di 7 o più persone è richiesto un deposito non rimborsabile. Excellent dining experience all around. Pristine presentation with spotless tables and tableware. Staff were efficient and professional. The carbonara was superb generous portions and, refreshingly, they don't skimp on the meat like many places do. A proper amount of meat in the dish, not just a sparse garnish.
