read moreThe Nags Head serves as a traditional inn that boasts a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. While many patrons rave about their outstanding Sunday lunch—especially the tender roast beef and delicious homemade gravy—others encounter inconsistencies, including sticky tables and subpar dishes. Despite some criticisms regarding hospitality and room accommodations, the restaurant offers good value for large groups and festive gatherings. A robust menu, complemented by local beers, enhances the dining experience, making The Nags Head a recommended spot for hearty fare, though diners should temper expectations regarding service and room quality.
