I am giving this restaurant one star only because the food is decent. However, the service is abysmal. I had to wait for five minutes before someone even took my order. The staff seemed more focused on fulfilling Uber and Just Eat orders than attending to customers in the restaurant. It was chaotic in the kitchen, making me believe there is a young and inexperienced manager in charge. The lack of customer service skills is apparent, and it is clear that extensive training is necessary. Other patrons have also mentioned the ineffectiveness of this establishment. It is imperative that they address these issues immediately.
I ordered a coffee but they don't serve hot drinks. I then ordered a Tropicana but they were out of stock. When I asked why they don't offer hot drinks, they mentioned they don't have a machine. There was litter outside, including receipts from the previous day, indicating they don't clean up regularly.
I placed an order online for pickup at the restaurant. Everything went smoothly in that regard, but when I arrived home, I discovered that my twister wrap, which was supposed to have two mini fillets, contained a dried out chicken burger cut in half instead. It seemed like the burger had been sitting around for a while and they decided to give it to me. I ended up throwing it away and I don't plan on returning to that restaurant. Additionally, they forgot to include the dips I ordered. Make sure to check the quality of your food before leaving the restaurant.
I ordered 2 meals and found that there were 2 dips missing from my order.i ordered through just eat. It's not the first time that I've had my order screwed up by them.i went back to the restaurant and complained and they said that the dips were not dips but included in the burgers. I looked at the list and it clearly said that there were 2 dips. I am fed up of getting bad service from these people. Not only did I pay for the delivery, I've had to drive down there to pick up the rest of my order? The time before I've ordered from the terminal inside the restaurant and got the order number. Half an hour later the food still didn't arrive. I went to the counter to ask about my food and that said that they didn't know about it. I have never seen that much incompetents. This place needs auditing. I've tried to complain to just eat and it seems to go in one ear and out the other. I've tried to complain to KFC head office but it's not easy to find an email address.
The manager didn’t realise we had our window open and could hear her swearing after we politely offered to wait in the drive thru window if it was easier as there were no other customers on site. Also, whilst cleaning down a machine, her bare stomach was resting on the food prep worktop, luckily our food was put straight into our bag by another member of staff. Very unprofessional both in looks and mannerisms
