The venue was just the right size - spacious enough to accommodate a large group of guests, but not so big that it felt empty when people started to leave. Chris, the steward, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The staff were all polite, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely choose this venue again and highly recommend it to others!

We reached out to Chris, who guided us through the booking process and provided us with buffet menus. He also arranged for tablecloths and helped us set up the room. The night was wonderful, with a fantastic atmosphere and friendly bar staff. The drinks were reasonably priced and the buffet was excellent. We had booked for 95 people and there was plenty of delicious food, including hot potatoes, stunning sausages, a variety of sandwiches, and more. The club even provided takeaway containers for leftovers. The only issue we had was that the room felt a bit cramped with the number of people we had. Despite that, I would definitely book Caerphilly Rugby Club again and recommend it to others.

There is plenty of drin... read more I have been to many functions at the Rugby Club and the room always looks Stunning. The staff are always hard working and very friendly. There is plenty of drink options from draught beers/lagers/cider to every kind of spirit and lots of wine. The Buffet is superb plenty of choice and lots of it. I would highly recommend this function room to anyone looking for something special Weddings, Birthdays or Anniversary. I look forward to the next function.
