Les produits sont de qualité et bien cuisinés; on mange bien ! Notre serveuse du jour était très sympa mais un peu débordée par l'affluence...régulièrement interpellée par les tables voisines.. Arrivée à 08h00 est fin du repas à 22h30 (1 apéritif + 1 plat principal + 1 déssert), un week-end du 15 août il y a forcément du monde, donc rien de dramatique ;o)

The decor is as pretty as ever, creating an elegant and welcoming ambiance from the moment you enter. The service is impeccable, with absolutely lovely staff who go out of their way to make your experience perfect. Their warmth and professionalism really make the difference. The cuisine is perfect, tasty and generous. The Carlotta has once again become an excellent one in Caen in my eyes. I highly recommend this address again. Congratulations to the new owners for this successful renewal!
