C'est un ami qui me disait que l'Avalou était selon lui la meilleure crêperie de Caen. Nous n'y étions pas retournés depuis quelques années, mais la carte nous a ravi hier et nous a fait partager l'avis de cet ami ! Recettes classiques à la carte mais aussi, des recettes originales franchement tres bien réalisées. Friendly place. The galettes are very good, a pity that there are no accompaniments to them with (may be asked for extra, I did not ask. On the other hand we found prices for desserts a little expensive... €4.90 the sugar crêpe. So we didn't take it. We talked about it to the server that explained that it was because they used organic ingredients, which actually can justify the price. Nice waiter. View all feedback.
Super crêperie: the reception is very pleasant and relaxed, the very reasonable prices and especially the crêpes are good and really original but well balanced (in the Bergère, for example, the goat does not crush the rest).
Excellent pancakes, recipes that come out of the ordinary (the Casamance! , quality products, maximum organic and gluten-free local, staff is super friendly... For me, Caen's best pancake without hesitation! ?

Absolutely! The food is incredibly delicious, made with passion and love. The owner of the restaurant is a friendly, optimistic and charming lady who constantly smiles. The ambience of this place is very cozy and unique. If you would like to try the best Crêpes in Caen, I would definitely recommend this place!
