We ordered the tasting menu, and it was a complete and sad disappointment. Starting from the person who attended us who was taking the dishes away that were not even finished as if there was a rush, completely disrupting the sense of calm and enjoyable experience. 2 dishes from the entire menu were nice and well nicely constructed in flavor, the rest were very poor in taste and construction that we were not looking forward anymore to the upcoming ones. Most of them were not at the level, they were over cooked, lacking of flavor and the worst part is that they didn’t even look appealing to eat. We sadly compared them to hospital food and when we decided to express our sentiment to the waitress, she stared at us and responded with a desdained “okay thanks”, and from that point each dish was thrown at our table without any explanation of what we were having. Our first dessert had eye lashes on the plate so at that point we didn’t even wait to have the second dessert, we asked for the bill and left. The feeling the restaurant left on us was of regret and that for sure to go to have a primitive but nice kebab that night would have been a better choice for both, sentiment and the price we paid.

The treatment by all the staff was very pleasant. Between us we made a ranking of the dishes that each of us liked the most. As in everything, the colors depend on taste, but we agree on the tuna cannelloni, the egg carbonara, the sea bass and the mato cheese; The dessert had less quorum but the banana stood out . What I can tell you is that the interior dining room, a bit dark and with too dim lighting, from my point of view. Coming from Donosti and having had the privilege of being in some of the greats in this area, it was a pleasure and a very pleasant surprise to enjoy your kitchen. We really enjoyed your dishes, we loved the experience in Sharing .
