She only gave us 5 total... read more Never have I ever came across such RUDE employees. Went thru drive thru Sunday night ab 9pm. Ordered 2 #1s (4 Krystal?s) and 4 chicks. She only gave us 5 total Krystal?s and 2 chicks. When we hold her we were missing 3 burgers and 2 chicks she didn?t saya word. 8 mins later she returned and only gave us 3 burgers. No chicks. Completely lazy and incompetent staff. I tried calling4 times afterwards and no answer. Hey owner, your staff doesn?t give a you know what about their jobs and the one at the windowquite frankly should be fired for being so rude. This location will never again get our business.

The food is terrible, they don't offer refunds, there's a 4% fee for credit card payments, and their hours are inconsistent. I used to enjoy Krystal, but I will never return to the Byram, MS location.

I arrived at 10:56 PM and was told they were closed, even though all the lights were on and people were inside. The exact same thing happened the last time I tried to eat here. Not to worry, Burger King served me well and gladly took the $23 I spent. Don’t bother coming here after dark—they’re not interested in your business.

I've also heard from others that they consistently have trouble getting service there!

Finally, someone came to the speaker and said they weren’t open yet and to give them 10 more minutes. This is supposed to be a 24-hour location—so what exactly are the employees doing? Where is the manager?
