Better than the pizza chains, better than the expensive artsy places. A great place to grab your dinner from a fast, friendly, hometown store. Their sandwiches are also great! But, seriously, take a drive, try their pizza and see if you agree. Their pizza crust is crazy good!

I don 't eat there often, but my two High School aged kids go there a lot after school, they ask me to swing them by when they 're hungry after a long day, and they always have a lot of relatively fresh foods available(fingers, nuggets, mozz sticks, chicken sandwiches, burgers, steak and cheese, etc. and they always have a lot of fresh, readypizza that is good. Their pizza is what I could only call different , but that 's not a bad thing. The crust is very airy, andlight, buttery, they do a good job.

For years and years and yes, years, I would stop there for pizza on my way home from work in the greater Portland area. I would call before I left and it would be ready bythe time I cruised through Bar Mills. Unfortunately they recently changed their hours from 5AM to 2PM. Perhaps this was due tothe labor shortage but one would think that more local high school kids would be available in the afternoon rather than duringschool hours. ??? Thus ends a decades long relationship as I eat breakfast at home and will not be bringing in a breakfastpizza to work and then end up having to get one for all at the shop. Fortunately there are other places along the way toreplace them albeit they will not be just as good as Low's.
