Terrible experience! I ordered two Frisco combos and received something completely different - a double meal and another unknown item. The service was awful as well. This was a takeout meal for lunch and the price per person was $10-20. View all feedback.

Absolutely horrible! A cashier named Jasmine was rude and moody and looks plain out like a crow and a snapping turtle mixed together she was entirely rude the whole time we were there and was just down right awful and I know others who have had troubles with her and she hasn 't be reprimanded? The manager is also horrible. we overheard her call a worker a r3t4rd , and she just sat on her phone and complained poor look on the wonderful burger joint we used to remember. Never coming back.

Made an online order this morning at 6 (when they were supposed to open) and waited at the drive thru speaker for over 30 minutes! I finally called and the lady that answered said they weren 't open for 10 more minutes because their biscuit making employee was late! No excuses for that. Or the others waiting behind me.
