I do not know what's going on with bad reviews, but I have never had a bad experience here. I just work a few doors in this cafe, and I love to love both food and service. Friendly people and fantastic food. The place has a cozy feeling. Awesome place to relax and relax and no, they are not expensive, as indicated below.
$ 5.50 for Small Soy Mokka, yes, you read that right. Nothing special or outside the ordinary about the coffee, but ridiculously expensive.
