Pimento Jamaican Kitchen - Burnsville

Pimento kitchen is great! You have good food and excellent customer service. We were there a handful of time and the food is incredibly consistent. I've never had Jamaican food before I tried this place, but my staff recommended the Love Combo. Very well appreciated given the amount of food. Don't be fooled by the box where it comes, there's plenty of food in there! We had a good help from Ruck pork and chicken on rice and beans. It also comes with one side of the Koleslaw that I usually do not care about. However, this Koleslaw is not Mayo based, so it is very crisp and fresh. Make sure the food has a kick, but you get a page of fried plantains that are sweet and amazing overall. I could eat a bucket alone. I didn't try anything else there, but I'm sure the staff can make some recommendations. If you know that something is good, you have a desire to have it again. Can't wait to go back!

We visited this restaurant on Saturday afternoon and I tried the One Love Special. Not only was the food great (and I think it was incredibly a showtopper), but the staff was top. From the moment she tried me the sample of the Caribbean Ruck of shredded pork, I knew I was there for a really good food experience. From the first bite that was dried in the Jamaican kick (Kickass) sauce to the last bite of this massive plate of food, I smiled. On my way out of the pavilion I tried to refer as many people as I could to this wonderful food.... Will visit again soon!

I got out of here and it was delicious! Large spices on the pork even without the sauce, but in any case try the ranch sauce, it really took it over the edge. The staff was polite and my job was finished in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely go back.

Nothing can compare with Ruck that you eat in Jamaica, but this is by far the closest to Minnesota. I've probably eaten 5-6 times there and loved it every time. I always get the One Love plate that comes with chicken, pork, rice, beans, fried curtains and a kind of Koleslaw. I also get the mild or Minnesota Nice hot sauce, because hot and extra hot make me too much sweat. If you are in the mall, and looking for a fast bite with lots of original taste, this is the place to try!

Very surprised, it's the best chicken I have ever try. It Is Cooked With Some Spices That It makes It Really tasty. And the sauces on 5 he side are superb.
