Nuwray Inn - Burnsville

Happy to have a place to get a drink after 9pm in Burnsville. Stopped by Roland’s on Thursday and it was the only place open in town. Nice bartender attentive service.

The Nuwaray is currently under renovation and everything is closed except for the bar area and grounds behind the inn. The bar has a very cool vibe, excellent and friendly bartenders, and a great Old Fashioned. The deck area is newly built and is immaculate with beautiful mountain laurel bannisters, multi levels, and small but pleasant water feature, huge stone firepit and multiple artsy installations. It is well lit with hanging lights but not overly bright. The owner is as friendly a person as you could ever hope to engage with. I can not wait to see what the rest of the renovation is gping to look like- so far everything is excellent!

Unfortunately the place is closed that changed hands went under new management and then fell into disrepair it is currently a non-functioning hotel. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4
