The food was great at this restaurant in Burnsville, but we were bothered by yellow jackets in the outdoor seating area, with one even falling into my husband's drink, although the staff kindly replaced it for free, and we enjoyed our meal of a Reuben, Philly Cheesesteak, chili, side salad, and roasted red pepper soup. Called to place to go order today. Lady at register put me on hold and I waited 25 minutes. Finally hung up. We had to order from Subway. I know it was lady at register that answered because I recognized her voice. Do you all not take View all feedback.
I called to place a takeout order today, and the woman at the register put me on hold. I ended up waiting for 25 minutes before finally hanging up. We ended up ordering from Subway instead. I could tell it was the same woman who answered because I recognized her voice. Don’t you all take orders over the phone?
We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant in Burnsville. The food was excellent, featuring a Reuben sandwich, a Philly Cheesesteak, chili, a side salad, and roasted red pepper soup. However, we were somewhat disrupted by yellow jackets in the outdoor seating area, and one even ended up in my husband's drink. Fortunately, the staff was very accommodating and replaced it at no charge. Overall, we enjoyed our meal despite the little setback.
