The staff were rude and even called my grandmother offensive names. I was extremely upset with the experience.

The rice box I ordered did not come with any rice, salad, or sauce as advertised. The second time I ordered, items were missing from my order. This has made me hesitant to even visit the drive-thru, which I had previously thought was not bad. Overall, my experiences with KFC in Burnley have been subpar.

I called the restaurant manager who explained that the delivery drivers have been stealing the food. I mentioned that I would be writing a review and she confirmed that the issues were indeed caused by the delivery drivers. There was no apology or resolution offered. Thank you, KFC. I highly recommend checking your bags to ensure they are properly sealed before accepting your order.
