I had a terrible takeaway experience! I ordered food twice, and both times it never arrived. They insisted they attempted delivery and called us, but that's simply not true—there were no calls, and our security cameras show that they didn't knock for the 15 minutes they claimed. Absolute joke- food was all over the bag, pizza didn’t come then when did was freezing cold! All the food was cold! Staff answering the phone saying ‘what’ absolutely disgusting service and ill be complaining further
I ordered a supreme sizzler burger meal and was horrified to discover a dead insect inside the burger bun when I opened the box.
I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, regardless of my feelings for them! The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude, arrogant, and seemingly uninformed. It's astonishing that they believe they can treat customers this way, as if they are handing out free food! I can't emphasize enough how unpleasant my experience with the phone staff was. They really need to hire qualified individuals who know how to communicate effectively, rather than whoever this was. I will never order from Dixy again! What a letdown!
