The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude, arrogant, and seemingly uninformed. It's astonishing that they believe they can treat customers this way, as if they are handing out free food! I can't emphasize enough how unpleasant my experience with the phone staff was. They really need to hire qualified individuals who know how to communicate effectively, rather than whoever this was. I will never order from Dixy again! What a letdown!
