The... read more I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant today with my husband and in-laws. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive without being too intrusive. The food was delicious, and we managed to dine and leave in under an hour. My only slight complaint is that the potatoes weren't as crispy as those I've had at other Pur and Simple locations, but they were still quite good. I will definitely be back when I'm in town!

Are you really expecting customers to read the entire menu in detail? I ordered from the sandwich section, which specifically states it comes with home fries. After I had closed the menu, I asked for a substitution, and it's the waitress's job to inform customers about any extra charges. I'm quite disappointed with your response.

The staff – including servers Jessica, the prep team, the smoothie bartenders, and manager Kristy – were just as wonderful as I remembered! The place was buzzing with activity, yet I never felt overlooked or like I was waiting too long. It's clear that the franchise management has done a great job of empowering their team to ensure customers leave happy and full! Thank you to the team for making my solo outing so enjoyable! Everything was delicious!

I've visited the Burlington location multiple times—at least six—with both large and small groups. As for parking, it's in a busy plaza, so finding a spot can be challenging. Additionally, the restaurant tends to be crowded, making it difficult to navigate with a stroller without bothering other diners.

The selection of mimosas is fantastic, and their orange juice is the best I've ever had. The service was exceptional, too. I fully give this restaurant a 5-star rating! Food: 5/5.
