Despite mixed reviews, the service was fast and pleasant, with construction workers pleased with the meal. Overall, the declining quality and inconsistency at this KFC location might make it a risky choice for fried chicken enthusiasts.

Horrible food and unprofessional service, disgrace to KFC, stay away from this location. Oily and greasy chicken with no crispiness, I was told by staff that they stopped using old recipe... Terrible decision! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I've stopped ordering the potato salad, coleslaw, and macaroni salad because they taste off, are watery, and lack flavor. I used to love the potato salad from KFC, but now it’s just undercooked potatoes and mayo. Customer service is nonexistent at all Burlington locations. When mistakes happen, they are defensive and unaccommodating, showing no accountability. Staff members don’t smile or engage with customers, appearing unenthusiastic, as if they are only there for a paycheck and take no pride in their work. I also have concerns about cleanliness in the kitchen and staff hygiene—no one seems to be wearing gloves or hairnets. Unfortunately, KFC has been in steady decline over the past few years, along with many other quick-service restaurants. There is a lack of customer service, quality control, and consistency, leading to substandard products. Many new independent and smaller-chain chicken places have opened up in Burlington, and I suspect this trend is happening elsewhere as well. I plan to support those instead, as KFC seems uninterested in earning my business anymore. If they want to regain their status as a leader in the chicken market, they need to make significant changes; otherwise, they risk going under like so many other companies. The takeout was quick and efficient, and the prices were quite reasonable, ranging from CA$10 to $20 per person. The food was absolutely delicious, earning a perfect score of 5! The atmosphere was also great, making this a highly recommended spot. I particularly enjoyed the fries, the World Famous Chicken Sandwich, and the gravy.
