Despite calling multiple times, the phone went unanswered and there was loud Indian music playing in the background. The female employee in particular did not have a smile on her face. It was 1 pm when I visited and I hope that they receive better training in customer service. Their behavior was very disappointing.

Ordered on-line and never received email stating order went thru as card was declined so I cancelled. They still charged me and sent email 20 minutes later that... read more Ordered on-line and never received email stating order went thru as card was declined so I cancelled. They still charged me and sent email 20 minutes later that my food was ready for pickup. Call KFC to get credit 5 times and no luck, they just don't care and I'm out with no food and my money. Never dealing with this horrible place ever again.

I never experienced this kind of customer service, avoid this place guys.
