Was Anonym at KFC a mag?
We pretty well stopped picking up KFC over the years as most food seems aged, small pieces and all shriveled up. But this is one where we feel the food is still hot and fresh done so it's worth the extra wait. They are always...More View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about KFC:
Fully terrible, has been an amazing customer for over 10 years and now I will not buy KFC anymore. Food was cold, the biscuits were like ice hockey sacks, and the chicken was roughly boiled. I tried to cancel my order, but paid by...VISA. Even worse if you complain to KFC, they ignore your concerns. KFC Canada (YUM Group) really does not care about the product. I think this franchise will no longer be in business View all feedback.

Horrible food and unprofessional service, disgrace to KFC, stay away from this location. Oily and greasy chicken with no crispiness, I was told by staff that they stopped using old recipe... Terrible decision!

I visited the restaurant located at Dundas and Walkers Line in Burlington and was disappointed to find that the staff was very rude, unfriendly, and lacked manners. Despite calling multiple times, the phone went unanswered and there was loud Indian music playing in the background. The female employee in particular did not have a smile on her face. It was 1 pm when I visited and I hope that they receive better training in customer service. Their behavior was very disappointing.

Ordered on-line and never received email stating order went thru as card was declined so I cancelled. They still charged me and sent email 20 minutes later that my food was ready for pickup. Call KFC to get credit 5 times and no luck, they just don't care and I'm out with no food and my money. Never dealing with this horrible place ever again.
