You NEED. And I mean, NEED, to try this place. I was genuinely impressed with everything! Everything is so nice, so tidy, so clean, and the food is incredible. I got some hot chocolate and let me tell you it's some of the best hot chocolate I've ever had in my life. I 200% will be coming back!!

We arrived at 10:50 and... read more We visited the restaurant today, and the woman at the counter, who identified herself as the manager, was quite rude and unprofessional. We arrived at 10:50 and wanted to enjoy our dessert in the restaurant. However, after a few minutes after placing our order, she informed us that we couldn’t sit there because they were really busy and couldn’t handle any more dishes. This was her excuse, and I want to emphasize that we are regular customers; we used to come here often. If this continues, you're going to lose our business. The owners really need to pay attention to customer service because it’s currently at its worst.

I was visiting dipndip on weekly basis, hopefully you understand the reason of my comment which is indeed not to drop down the restaurant rating.
