Their specialty buns and scones ar... read more I've been a fan of Cobs for many years, and I've always appreciated the friendly, helpful staff who prioritize quick service. Their specialty buns and scones are truly fantastic. However, I've recently noticed an issue with their whole wheat bread; it hasn't been mixed properly in the last few weeks (please refer to the photo for reference). This is now the third loaf in a row with this problem, totaling four loaves. I hope they address this quality issue soon.

As a wonderful surprise, she gave it to us for free! The cinnamon roll deserves a perfect 10 out of 10, and the service was absolutely incredible—I'd rate it 100 million out of 10. L... read more I usually treat myself to a custard Danish almost every Sunday, and while they are delicious most of the time, I've occasionally come across a few stale ones. Last Sunday, I asked the girl at the counter for a fresh one, and to my surprise, she began to argue with me in front of other customers, insisting that they are always fresh and accusing me of lying about my previous experience with a stale one. I can assure you, I've indeed had stale danishes there that I had to spit out. It's frustrating because I genuinely love this place, but it seems that the principle of "the customer is always right" is overlooked, particularly by that young employee. It was quite disappointing behavior from a brand I normally hold in high esteem.

I asked the counter girl last Sunday AM for a fresh one and she went on to actually argue with me in front of customers that they are always fresh and that it wasimpossible I had a stale one, that I was lying. I 100% have had stale danishes there that I had to spit out. Like I mentioned,most of the time they are delicious, which is why I come back. Anyway, ?Customer is always right? is definitely not presenthere, especially from that young female employee, disgusting behaviour for a great brand.

Then, she generously gave it to us free of charge. The bun was a perfect 10/10, and the service was off the charts—100000000/10! Thank you so much! The Cobs Bread menu truly has something special.
