The Brass Ring Bourbon - Burlington

We had a great first experience and will definitely come back. We enjoyed a Spider-Man roll with soft shell crab, vegetable spring rolls, crab Rangoon, assorted sashimi, and lemoncello marscapan cake with strawberries. Jennifer, our server, was wonderful. It is a cute historic building and very clean. The bar was pretty too. The owners were so nice and you could tell they really care. We can’t wait to come back.

Excellent selection. Old time atmosphere. Bartender was very knowledgeable. One of the the best old-fashioned I've had.

We stopped by this great bar after having dinner at Tousey House. Brandon was the bartender and he made us some fabulous drinks. Each drink had a unique twist that did not disappoint. If you are looking for a space to meet friends to start the even if end then The Brass Ring Bourbon Bar is a super place to go.

This is an interesting little bar. It's not open on a consistent schedule nor do they claim to be. You can request the bar to open for private events, and its generally open on Saturdays. Very nice on the inside.

Fun place to try new all sorts of bourbon! The bartender is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Will definitely be coming back!
