The employee working this afternoon at 3:00 was busy working in the back when we came in. He peeked out the door window and saw us but did not say anything just stayed in the back for about 5 minutes before finally coming to the front to help us. Heexplained that he was really busy . We were the only customers in the store and his service was not friendly, it was borderingon rude . The bread on my sandwhich wS also stale and . Will not go back to this store again.
Sandwich was ok but looked nothing like what was advertised i would have had to order extra everything on it to get what I thought I was ordering
I brought my family of five in after being on the road for hours. It was 7:15 PM and they close at 8, but they had already cleaned up and stacked the chairs. I asked if we could use a table for my kids to sit, but they declined since they were closing in about 40 minutes. The sandwiches were okay, but we ended up eating in the car in the parking lot. Not a great experience. We'll choose a different place next time.
Matt was incredibly helpful—he definitely deserves a promotion to manager! Give him a raise!
The restaurant was clearly understaffed when I came in just to buy cookies. I waited in line, and when it was finally my turn, I told the man that I only needed cookies. Instead of getting them for me, he turned to the person behind me and began making their food, then started preparing the order for the person behind them. I don’t understand why he couldn’t have gotten my cookies first before helping those further back in line. Unfortunately, I never got my cookies because I had to leave due to a time constraint.
