Second, the front is not the place for cars to sit for minutes on end waiting for their food. This is a fast food place. Having customers move to the front so it doesn't count against your time is unethical. This needs to be addressed.

Second, to keep the customer from going against their drive thru time for corporate, they have the customers line up in the front. This is unethical. Customers should not have to wait 15 plus minutes just to get their food. This is a fast food place. I was there last night and there was a huge line behind me in the front. This should never happen. I hope the owner is reading this and makes the needed changes,

The girl that took our order was in such a hurry that we couldn't get a thing of tea before she gave us our total on top of being pushy so we order faster, then instead of handing us our orderthrough the window they have us go to the front door while they bag it, IF I COULD GIVE THEIR DISGUSTING SERVICE NEGATIVE TENSTARS I WOULD!! I'm tempted to report them to the corporate office, yes it's fast food, yes it's a chain which means there's acorporate office, but this in UNACCEPTABLE! Our potatoes was so runny and plan it tasted like water that potatos sat in! On topof that the chicken looks like children was playing in the box of tenders!!! On top othe tenders being so hard it hurt my tooth.What are they doing?! They don't belong in fast food or anything that's competitive. With fast food and being competitive thecustomers need to be satisfied with their visit, you need to be kind and GIVE THEM THEIR TIME so they can MAKE UP THEIR MIND aswell as be helpful with questions, you need to give them their food through the window not have them pull up to the front andthen take it out once you bag it, IF they go to the window there's a chance THEY ARE SHORT ON TIME!! you are not short on timeand should be focusing on getting everything right so the customers WANT to RETURN!! I don't EVER want KFC after this visit!
