At this fast-food establishment, customer experiences are a mixed bag. I really hope the local owner reads this. First, they need to keep food prepared so it's ready beforehand. Second, the front is not the place for cars to sit for minutes on end waiting for their food. This is a fast food place. Having customers move to the front so it doesn't count against your time is unethical. This needs to be addressed.
Really nice customer service. My kids made a huge mess and the kid acted like it was no problem. So I gave him a 5$ tip for being cool about it. Good food and good people what more could you ask for?
Although the staff was friendly, the way everything is managed is unprofessional. One, they do not keep their chicken rotated and fresh. Second, to keep the customer from going against their drive thru time for corporate, they have the customers line up in the front. This is unethical. Customers should not have to wait 15 plus minutes just to get their food. This is a fast food place. I was there last night and there was a huge line behind me in the front. This should never happen. I hope the owner is reading this and makes the needed changes,

Its was just ok didn't get the right meal got a thigh instead of a breast lemonade was watered down all around disappointing
