I waited 10 minutes just to receive half of my order, and I had to prompt them for the other item. Unfortunately, I had to leave without my sandwich because my lunch break was almost over. The service here is definitely not fast.

I didn’t have a Visa card, and Arby’s doesn’t accept checks. Just as I was about to leave, she offered to pay for my meal. I suggested that I could write her a check, but she insisted, saying, “No, I want to treat you to lunch.” I would like to recognize Arby’s for having such an outstanding employee like Darshella. As truck drivers for a local company who frequently eat at Arby’s, this has been one of the worst experiences.
