Every time we?ve visited they can never give us our food at the window. There?s always an 8-10 minute wait which ends up being closer to 20 minutes. Today we had to gointo the restaurant after 18 minutes to get our food and once back T the car realized there were zero entrees in the box! Noapologies, no refund, nothing. Just oh what did you order?

I spent around $30-40 on my food, but although the website stated that my order was delivered, I never received anything. Unlike DoorDash, their site doesn't provide any help for refunds. In the end, I essentially paid for nothing. That’s why I rated them one star. This location seems to have a lot of one-star reviews, and I plan to share my experience on my under-the-radar Snapchat videos, including the city and state of the restaurant.

We... read more The service at this restaurant is terrible! We placed an online order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 7:20, but it wasn't ready when we arrived. We waited for 30 minutes! One staff member explained that they were very busy and hadn't had a chance to fulfill our order. Ten minutes later, another employee told us they were occupied with a larger order and would attend to ours shortly. After another ten minutes, we finally received our food. I'm just curious—where was the manager during all of this? What is the point of accepting online orders if they're not fulfilled in a timely manner?

The place is clean, and the employees are generally polite, especially for a fast-food establishment—better than most, in fact.
