I requested my sub to be toasted, bu... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The pizza sub was the worst I've ever had, and the service was just as bad. I requested my sub to be toasted, but it wasn't. I also asked for cheddar cheese and ended up with American instead. It took 15 minutes to get just one sandwich, and instead of making my sub, the girl had a guy go help her at the drive-thru. Overall, it was very disappointing.

Sometimes the staff is inc... read more The coffee here is good, but there's a major inconsistency in how it's prepared, and the bigger issue lies with the customer service. Sometimes the staff is incredibly friendly and the coffee is fantastic, but other times they're outright rude, making it clear it's intentional. I've had experiences where they've made my drink completely wrong, overly sweet to the point of being undrinkable, or served it lukewarm, nearly cold. Just today, the barista was very unfriendly, and I actually heard her say she didn't care that she made the coffee incorrectly. Then she took a phone call and began shouting obscenities that everyone in the café could hear. It's disappointing when a solid business with a great product is let down by poor employees. I can find my coffee elsewhere, where it's made correctly and the service is consistently good—and after today, that's exactly what I'm going to do.
