It seems they can do many of their sandwiches gluten free, but you have to ask at the counter, as it’s not super obvious on the menu.

Just a heads up, the extra peanut butter is very generous, so if you are dining with a friend, you may only need one person to order it as an add-on! The açai bowl itself was delicious, topped with plenty of fresh fruit. It made for a refreshing breakfast on a hot day!
