Overall, I've had great experie... read more I visited the Burke KFC/Taco Bell four times, and I must say that manager Linda and the entire staff are exceptionally friendly! Overall, I've had great experiences there, but I do have some feedback from my latest visit on November 27, 2020. They really need to reduce the number of pickles on the Crispy Colonel sandwich! It seemed a bit excessive—when I ordered two Crispy Colonels, they added a staggering 16 pickles!

The food is actually pretty good compared to other KFCs I've gone to, but what makes me give this a 3 star is the staffing. There is 1 really nice guy that I like talking to, but everyone else is just not as accommodating. The dining area is kept relatively clean, but the restrooms never seem to be well stocked. If you're taking it to go then this is the place to be.
