I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12-piece meal with three large sides, as well as a large soda. When I got home and opened the cup, I found a long hair on the outside of it.
Fraudulent establishment. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but instead received a stale chicken tender sandwich with four chicken tenders on it. Not only was it dry and flavorless, but it also had that unpleasant, waxy crunch of old food. It was supposed to be a filet, but the staff clearly didn't put in the effort. I wasted $10 on this disgusting meal.
For the second time my mashed potatoes were ruined with so much gravy you couldn?t even tell they were potatoes EVEN THOUGH I repeatedly told them, ?NO GRAVY.? This is the second visit in which this has happened in the last month. Adding insult toinjury the chicken was freezing cold. Finally, if this restaurant doesn?t open up its seating inside, almost three years intothe pandemic, the County should shut it down!
I placed an order here today at 1 PM and was not pleased with the rudeness of the person at the drive-thru. When I politely requested hot sauce, he gave me a glare as if I had somehow insulted him by asking.
The regular customers don't seem to pay attention to the red and black dress code, which I find quite silly. It happens every time I visit. I really can't understand how the management allows this to continue. I'm starting to think that the store manager feels the same way.
