Jordan, in particular, was ver... read more I’m rating Chipotle with three stars because the restaurant was clean and the two young men working there today were exceptional. Jordan, in particular, was very kind and friendly. However, I couldn’t help but notice that the manager was quite harsh with him and another employee, who had blond hair. The manager spoke to them in a very unprofessional and rude way, especially in front of customers. It made me feel sorry for the staff, which is why I felt compelled to write this review. We should remember that starting a new job can be challenging; it takes time to become coordinated and organized. Patience is essential for both customers and managers.

I always try to be polite because I know how tough it can be to work in the food industry, but even my politeness didn’t make a difference here. The tiny portion of meat they served was ridiculous. After seeing other reviews, it looks like this location has the same issues with many customers. I won’t be coming back to this one.
