They offered me a burrito since they were out of bowls, but I’m gluten-free and can’t eat burritos. They also didn’t have the carnitas I ordered. When I asked to cancel my order, they told me they couldn’t do it and that I had to handle it online. I spent a significant amount of time trying to sort it out online, including chatting with a bot, but I still haven’t received my refund. I won't be eating at Chipotle again.

Jordan, in particular, was ver... read more I’m rating Chipotle with three stars because the restaurant was clean and the two young men working there today were exceptional. Jordan, in particular, was very kind and friendly. However, I couldn’t help but notice that the manager was quite harsh with him and another employee, who had blond hair. The manager spoke to them in a very unprofessional and rude way, especially in front of customers. It made me feel sorry for the staff, which is why I felt compelled to write this review. We should remember that starting a new job can be challenging; it takes time to become coordinated and organized. Patience is essential for both customers and managers.

I always try... read more This is easily the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. It feels like they intentionally give you smaller portion sizes, which is really frustrating! I always try to be polite because I know how tough it can be to work in the food industry, but even my politeness didn’t make a difference here. The tiny portion of meat they served was ridiculous. After seeing other reviews, it looks like this location has the same issues with many customers. I won’t be coming back to this one.

My burrito was meant to... read more This Chipotle location is incredibly disappointing. Each time I order, I hold out hope that it will be better, but I’m always let down. My burrito was meant to include beans, corn, and steak, but halfway through, all I encountered were mouthfuls of undercooked rice, sour cream, cheese, and tomato. I'm finished giving them more chances or my money. Save yours and don’t bother with this place.
