B... read more Usually when I go in person and order the food always turns out great, however, I have ordered online pickup twice in a row now because it is more convenient. Both times now my online order has been disappointing to say the least. There is no care put in the meal, it is as if I am eating a mess of scraps. The arugula consisted of mainly just stems (see photo), zero leaves, and the other ingredients seemed like literal leftover pieces. On top of that multiple items like the free bread and other toppings were missing both times. This is never an issue when I order in person but it seems to be when I order online pickup. Disappointing both times.
