Soul Food to go! I'm picky about my soul food, but this is a fantastic food truck. Auntie approved, and validated for the cook-out. The Mac and Cheese (baked, as it should be) made a strong showing, fried chicken was solid, sweet cornbread was moist. I would select green beans over the collard greens, which were mixed the cabbage. Novel, but not traditional. As with all food trucks, everything is best eaten hot and f... View all feedback.
What D C doesn't like about Ada's Kitchen On Wheels:
We had the truck over in our development. We ordered the fried chicken and received two small drumsticks and Mac and Cheese. The food was okay. We also had the bread pudding which was below average. I think they didn't expect the good turnout they had. I will say if you run out of food then shut it down or manage to have a reserve to address the demand. Take some pride in the what you offer to your customers. Wished... View all feedback.

The food is amazing. Makes you feel like your grandmother prepared. The catfish was light crispy and flavorful. Mac cheese cheesy and delicious. Greens were well seasoned and scrumptious. A must try!

GET THE BOURBON BREAD PUDDING. EAT IT WHILE IT IS HOT.
Great portions, delicious meats! We got two platters-one bbq pulled pork sliders and the other fried chicken. Both were excellent! For the sides, we got Mac cheese, baked beans, and French fries. Peach cobbler to top it all off. Everything was tasty, well seasoned, and just the right amount for the price. Can't wait to have it again!
This place always delivers. They serve fantastic dishes for reasonable rates, there are no long waits even when the place is loaded.
