I have to have water with my coffee or I get a horrible stomach ache. My drink was iced and it was like they put two ice cubes in it. Drink was lukewarmand all the ice had melted before they handed me the drink. My iced drink should have ice in it and be somewhat cold!!

After telling the batista my order, she made my it and then when it came to pay she said the card reader was down andasked if I have cash. I almost never have cash and it's 2022. Instead of giving me the hot chocolate, which would be the rightthing to do especially for a regular and considering it was already made, she kept it. That's bad customer service. Not reallyimpressed for other reasons neither

Now that I live in Se... read more I used to go to bigfoot all the time when I lived in auburn because they have the best drinks, friendly and fast service, and good prices. Now that I live in Seattle, the closest is the burien location but I don't think I can come back there. It took us30 minutes to get through the line and there were only 2 cars in front of us who ordered around 2 drinks each. Service wassnails pace slow. I ordered the new seasonal drink and the barista told me that she hates making that drink because she had touse multiple blenders which I didn't know but felt bad about it. I tried to use my rewards card but was told that I needed toregister it online and that I need to know my number?? Which I never needed at other locations. And today I noticed that I gotdouble charged for my order! (Not sure if that is my banks fault or bigfoot but an inconvenience nonetheless). Overall thisexperience made me not want to come back to this location. I will have to drive further next time when I want bigfoot (alreadyhad to drive over 20 minutes just to get to this location). I am just mostly sad because I love and want to support thisbusiness but now it is too hard to get even mediocre service.
