Very good. Don't normally get a blended drink. But sure glad I was in the mood. Order the mythical mocha blended... yum! Day before I got a nutty yeti. It was good but not my favorite
I love there drinks but the line to get one is ridiculous. I usually wait 15-25 minutes. I waste my whole lunch break waiting. Now my experience with every different barista so far has been rude or seems like they hate their job. Now sometimes they get the drink wrong which is fine, it happens. But if they make the drink wrong and you don?t notice before you leave the drive through. They?ve told me they won?t fix it. Now I?m trying to decide if there drinks are worth it or not.
I used to visit Bigfoot all the time when I lived in Auburn because they had the best drinks, friendly and fast service, and reasonable prices. Now that I live in Seattle, the closest location is Burien, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. It took us 30 minutes to get through the line, and there were only two cars ahead of us, each ordering about two drinks. The service was incredibly slow. I ordered the new seasonal drink, and the barista told me she hated making it because it required using multiple blenders, which I hadn’t realized but felt bad for her. When I tried to use my rewards card, I was told I had to register it online and know my card number—something I never had to do at other locations. To top it off, I noticed I was double charged for my order (not sure if it was my bank’s error or Bigfoot’s, but it was definitely inconvenient). Overall, this experience has discouraged me from coming back to this location. Next time I want Bigfoot, I’ll have to drive even further (I already drove over 20 minutes to get here). I’m mostly just sad because I love this business and want to support it, but now it’s too difficult to get even mediocre service.
I used to be a regular at Burien Bigfoot Java, but today I asked for my coffee to be remade because it was tasteless and lacked any hint of mocha. The response I received was dismissive, and now I have no intention of returning to this place. The menu definitely needs improvement to match the quality expected.
The restaurant offers a mix of quality drinks at reasonable prices, with a welcoming staff. However, issues like the lack of complimentary ice water, limited payment options, and inconsistent beverage quality have marred the experience for some regulars. While the ambiance is casual and the drink selection is diverse, service deficiencies and attitude concerns have led to communication breakdowns, discouraging repeat visits from dissatisfied patrons. Despite these challenges, the restaurant remains a budget-friendly choice for those seeking reliable beverages.

I've been coming here almost daily for the last week. It was nothing great to begin with. Today I waited in line to get a hot chocolate. After telling the batista my order, she made my it and then when it came to pay she said the card reader was down andasked if I have cash. I almost never have cash and it's 2022. Instead of giving me the hot chocolate, which would be the rightthing to do especially for a regular and considering it was already made, she kept it. That's bad customer service. Not reallyimpressed for other reasons neither
You can't purchase it receive a cup of ice water. How do y'all not have an option to purchase water?! I have to have water with my coffee or I get a horrible stomach ache. My drink was iced and it was like they put two ice cubes in it. Drink was lukewarmand all the ice had melted before they handed me the drink. My iced drink should have ice in it and be somewhat cold!!
Good prices for good drinks nice staff, you get what you pay for nothing to fancy, but overall great alternative to ten dollar a drink Starbucks.
I been a regular customer, but today I Asked to have my coffee remade since it was flavorless and no taste of mocha got an attitude in return never coming to this place again !! bad customer service !
