I went to pick up my online order and was told that it had already been picked up. Despite explaining that I had just arrived and showing my phone with the order, the staff confused my order with another customer's. After a prolonged back-and-forth, the staff finally realized their mistake and made my order. However, when I got home, I discovered that my 12-sandwich order was only a 6, and my request for less onion was ignored. Additionally, the double chocolate cookie I ordered was replaced with a regular chocolate chip cookie. I tried to call the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. There was no option to leave a message, and I was ultimately disconnected. It was too late to go back to the store, so I had to make do with the incorrect order I received.

The restaurant does not accept coupons and the staff are rude about it. The manager is never available or pretends not to hear you, and claims they don't speak English. I do not recommend going here as they may try to scam you and charge your card multiple times. I had to dispute the charges and it took about 50 days to get my money back for the overcharge. I believe Subway is a fraudulent business and I hope they go out of business.

This is the second time this year that I have visited this restaurant and encountered an issue with a coupon at checkout. The coupon clearly states "Buy one footlong, get the second one 50% off", but after carefully reading it multiple times, I realized that it does not specify that the offer is for online orders only. The first staff member I approached was rude and walked away from me, and tonight, another staff member insisted that Subway does not have any offers like the one on my coupon. I had my app open with my account pulled up, and the offer was clearly displayed on my phone. Despite my attempts to show her, she continued to deny the offer and proceeded to tell me my total. I used to enjoy going to Subway, but after this experience, I do not believe I will be returning.

I love this Subway and the staff that work here. I have been going to this Subway for 15 years. I'd give it a 5 star rating except twice now in the last 3 months they have not honored the discounts offered on the Subway app. Probably shouldn't be a franchise owner if you don't want to participate in the franchise promotions.

The people that work at this Subway seem to be stuck in slow motion. Every time I have done to this particular store (even if there is only one person in front of me) its taken forever to get my food and get out of there. They will have two people staffed but only the slowest one if the two is able to help the customers. The other one has to stay in the back and look out once in a while (just to let you know there is someone back there, but nit going to help). The quality of the sandwich is dece
