Bigfoot Java - Burien
Bigfoot Java
Description
A beloved local for outstanding, smooth specialty drinks, this busy spot draws loyal fans willing to wait—yet visits are a mixed bag. When staffing clicks, service is fast, friendly and even anticipatory; other times lines drag, orders are mishandled or charged incorrectly and staff can be curt. The drive‑thru is convenient but inconsistent, and rewards/redemption has caused friction. Great coffee and seasonal concoctions keep patrons returning, but expect variable service and occasional friction during peak hours.

Hands down the worst coffee stand I've been too, holy heck. It took 45 minutes to get through the 3 cars in front of us (I wish I was exaggerating, but due to the nature of the parking lot we were trapped). I tried to order an Arnold Palmer (which they have as a menu item), but the gal didn't know what it was. It was a little shocking how much work it took to explain what it is. I usually like Bigfoot and seek them out for a consistent experience. This was not that, it was disappointing.
I had a disappointing experience at Bigfoot due to the waitress, Batista. She was quite short with me and rude. When she informed me that they were out of the 32oz size, I asked her for the next smaller option. Instead, she sized it up and charged me for a 44oz without asking. It seems like this is a recurring issue at this location.
I absolutely love Big Foot Java! Every time I visit, the baristas are always warm and welcoming.
I used to buy my Italian soda and it tasted good, but lately the cream tastes cut, it tastes bad. It gives me colic and upset stomach
First time visit-made the order wrong and super rude. Visit today and sat in line for 15-20 min to be told their tablets were dead. It’s 95 out and there is a 6 car line and could hear another customer upset that they weren’t telling people waiting in line. Won’t be visiting again!
