It took 45 minutes to get through the 3 cars in front of us (I wish I was exaggerating, but due to the nature of the parking lot we were trapped). I tried to order an Arnold Palmer (which they have as a menu item), but the gal didn't know what it was. It was a little shocking how much work it took to explain what it is. I usually like Bigfoot and seek them out for a consistent experience. This was not that, it was disappointing.

When she informed me that they were out of the 32oz size, I asked her for the next smaller option. Instead, she sized it up and charged me for a 44oz without asking. It seems like this is a recurring issue at this location.

It’s 95 out and there is a 6... read more First time visit-made the order wrong and super rude. Visit today and sat in line for 15-20 min to be told their tablets were dead. It’s 95 out and there is a 6 car line and could hear another customer upset that they weren’t telling people waiting in line. Won’t be visiting again!
