It took 45 minutes to get through the 3 cars in front of us (I wish I was exaggerating, but due to the nature of the parking lot we were trapped). I tried to order an Arnold Palmer (which they have as a menu item), but the gal didn't know what it was. It was a little shocking how much work it took to explain what it is. I usually like Bigfoot and seek them out for a consistent experience. This was not that, it was disappointing.

When she informed me that they were out of the 32oz size, I asked her for the next smaller option. Instead, she sized it up and charged me for a 44oz without asking. It seems like this is a recurring issue at this location.

After telling the batista my order, she made my it and then when it came to pay she said the card reader was down and asked if I have cash. I almost never have cash and it's 2022. Instead of giving me the hot chocolate, which would be the right thing to do especially for a regular and considering it was already made, she kept it. That's bad customer service. Not really impressed for other reasons neither

It got to the point where I couldn't leave because I had too much time invested in waiting for the coffee. Holy crud

While sitting in line, one of the gals that works there took the trash out, in no hurry. Which I believe only left on barista in the stand making drinks. Line I was in had 7 cars behind me. When I finally got to the window, after the truck I. Front of me got two drinks, I sat there for a few more minutes while the only gal working carried on conversation with the other window. Clearly not enough baristas to handle the amount of customers at night. I ended up leaving without a drink. Not a great experience.

My drink is something to order an anger and I had a lot of messes it before and it seems for some reason the girls here always have my drink on point! The best in this place is also that I never came back any evil attitudes from one of the employees when my drink was made wrong. I hate to even say something, but in this case I appreciate the continuous smiles and positivity I get after the fact.
